About the Role
The key objective is to execute and administer system enhancements based on Regulatory and Business user feedback. To be the liaison point to the respective stakeholders with regards to these business functions.
- Business user/Subject matter Expert (SME) for Systems (IPoS+, Leader endorsement, Interactive Competency Management (ICM), CRM etc.)
- Translate operational and regulatory needs into functional specification documents for system enhancements.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement system changes in line with compliance and regulatory frameworks and deadlines.
- Support product‑related releases for Point of Sale systems (Tips/Product Matrix).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system configuration for system enhancements.
