• Manage and oversee the Singapore Red Cross Volunteer Management System (VMS).
• Ensure that the records of volunteers and members are accurate, up-to-date, secure, and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act.
• Provide training and support to Volunteer Managers on using the VMS.
