Job Description

2 years contract
Mon to Fri, 8am-5.30pm
Up to $3300 + PB
Depot Road

Responsibilities
  • Work with contractors, partners, customers and stakeholders to ensure that welfare programs are managed efficiently, and programs SLA & KPI are met
  • Conduct regular review of work processes to enhance process efficiency and resource optimization, improving the overall productivity of the team.
  • Handle enquiries and publicity related to the programmes
  • Preparation and Verification of Purchase Request/Purchase Order and invoicing.
  • Monitor payment status for all outstanding payment/invoices.
  • Handle feedbacks and complaints related to the program and to resolve them promptly.
  • Any other new welfare programs or duties as assigned.
