Key Responsibilities
Event Management & Marketing (50%)
Plan and execute Tied Distribution (TD) events, including recognition events, meetings, seminars, and incentive trips, to motivate and reward agents.Ensure events are successfully delivered to drive strong attendance and encourage recurring annual qualification where applicable.Provide marketing support for TD campaigns, challenges, and initiatives by ensuring timely development and distribution of sales and marketing collateral.Coordinate with in-house designers to develop eDMs and promotional materials while optimizing cost efficiency.Leverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, iKNOW site) to enhance event promotion and eng...
