Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end sales event management including but not limited to event management, incentive trip, advertising, publicity, sourcing/administration of sales promotional items and operational tasks related to sales events.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-event planning involves identifying event objectives, determining the target audience, selecting and securing the event venue, creating project timelines, liaise with event production house, coordinating on logistic such as accommodation for staff and participants, audio and visual equipment etc.
- Event marketing promotion, event management involves creating and executing marketing and promotional strategies to attract attendees and promote the event.
