Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent is expected to coordinate and manage events, conferences and exhibitions at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC). S/he is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience by ensuring all technical and logistics aspects run seamlessly. S/he liaises and coordinates with suppliers and vendors, overseeing the exhibition set-up, running and dismantling by contractors. S/he coordinates on all aspects of the exhibition.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Delivery of all tasks allocated by Head, JWCC Events Delivery & supporting in running of various events & exhibition in JWCC Managing & maintaining floor plans & exhibitor queries related to them Assist in implementation of all service agreements Attend all relevant meetings, internal & external Maintain Minutes of Meetings & updating all stakeholders with the same Collect & document all licenses / structural permissions / layouts Delivery of operational requirement on ground in co-ordination ...
