We are looking for a capable and adaptable Chef / Stew to join an Oyster 885 on an exceptional Southern Ocean programme.
Starting in Puerto Montt, Chile , the yacht will soon depart for an extended expedition through Patagonia, Antarctica, South Georgia and beyond .
This role suits someone who thrives at sea, delivering consistently high standards in a dynamic sailing environment.
The Role:
- Prepare high-quality meals both on passage and at anchor
- Manage provisioning for remote operations
- Support the team with a flexible, positive approach

- Southern Ocean expedition (2026–2027)
- Remote cruising and expedition-style operations
- Future Pacific programme centred on diving
