Key Responsibilities:
* Order Coordination & Assembly:
* Serve as the communication hub between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
* Review all incoming order tickets to understand specific requirements and modifications for Tawouk sandwiches, burgers, and other menu items.
* Organize and prioritize dishes as they come off the line, ensuring that complete orders are ready simultaneously.
* Verify that all items on the ticket are present, correctly prepared, and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
* Quality Control:
* Inspect food for proper temperature, portion size, and appearance, rejecting any items that do not meet quality standards.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo station throughout the shift.
