Experience & Operations Executive
Role Purpose
Own end-to-end execution of programs and experiences—from planning and coordination to on-ground delivery and follow-up—ensuring smooth operations and high-quality participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Coordination
Manage registrations, participant communication, and databases.
Plan and execute logistics (venues, schedules, facilitators, materials).
Coordinate programs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and basic P&L reporting.
2. Program Execution & Experience
Lead on-ground execution of sessions, events, and experiences.
Manage the full participant journey (inquiry → experience → follow-up).
Host participants and ensure a smooth, engaging experience.
Handle issues proactively and coordinate with facilitators/partners.
3. Communication & Content Support
Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media interactions.
