Experience & Delivery Partner L)
You will be the primary contact between regional team members, Business leaders and the Experience function. You will translate regional priorities and plans into structured, prioritised Experience demand and delivery programmes with care for organisational goals and audience needs. You will manage expectations and build agreement on our priorities through collaboration across teams, ensuring Experience investment is visible, prioritised and delivered. You will report to the Director - Experience Business Partnering & Delivery as an individual contributor and use a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities Be the main Experience interface for Regional team members and senior leaders, partnering to understand regional priorities, campaigns and plans, and translating these into structured, prioritised Experience demand.
