- Lead the experience design process for various projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client objectives.
- Execute strategy and deliver initiatives utilizing our creative, marketing and technology capabilities as an organization.
- Participate in concept sessions leveraging user research and data-driven design thinking.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools.
- Conduct primary and secondary user research (quantitative and qualitative research).
- Introduce trends and best practices across experiences, industries, and channels.
- Create experiences that are driven by customer/user needs while taking into consideration our client’s business goals, creative design, and technical feasibility.
