The Experience & Service Excellence Manager is responsible for elevating and standardizing the patient experience across all Aivee Group clinics. This role ensures that every patient touchpoint—from arrival to post-treatment—is seamless, refined, and memorable, reflecting the brand’s luxury positioning.
The role requires a highly detail-oriented and hands-on operator who is actively present in clinics, identifying gaps in service delivery and implementing immediate, practical improvements.
