Job Description
We are looking for an Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator) within the Global HR Employee Experience Team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to look for ways to innovate and improve the Employee Experience, promoting and advocating for our technology. You are a domain expert that is plugged in to what’s happening in Workday and other HR technology through peer networks, vendor resources like Workday Community and other available resources.

Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a Tier 2 Workday specialist, handling complex configuration, testing, and enhancements—particularly in Time & Absence—beyond frontline support.
