Bakers Delight Wagga Wagga is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our bakery team. This role is suitable for someone passionate about producing fresh, high-quality baked products and working in a busy retail bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items
- Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and bakery standards
- Operate ovens, mixers and bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistent product quality, freshness and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
