The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is a best-in-class, mid-career leadership program designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders at GE Aerospace. This structured three-year program provides three one-year rotations, comprehensive development experiences, executive-level mentoring, and targeted career coaching – all to protect today, optimize tomorrow, and enable us to invent the future.
Program Minimum Requirements- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a STEM related field of study.
- Between 6-9 years of total working experience.
- Experience within the aerospace, defense, or power related industries.
- Ability to travel up to 25% per year to support business needs.
