The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is a best-in-class, mid-career leadership program designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders at GE Aerospace. **Program Minimum Requirements**
To be eligible for consideration, candidates at a minimum are required to have:
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a STEM related field of study.
• Between 6-9 years of total working experience.
• Experience within the aerospace, defense, or power related industries.
• Ability to travel up to 25% per year to support business needs.
