- Perform consistent and professional facials, including HydraFacial and Lymphatic Facial treatments, following spa protocols and best practices.
- Administer advanced laser treatments, including Fotona 4D, to achieve desired client results.
- Conduct microneedling treatments using Potenza technology.
- Educate and guide clients on skincare concerns, offering tailored advice and solutions.
- Actively promote spa services, retail products, and ongoing promotions to enhance the client experience.
- Evaluate client skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare products and services.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals for treatments and products.
