Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Farm Hands to join our clients Macadamia Operations . This hands-on role supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance and irrigation activities across our macadamia orchards.
Key Responsibilities
- Land preparation and planting activities
- Irrigation, fertilising, pruning, slashing and mulching
- Harvesting and general farm maintenance duties
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Calibrate machinery including spreaders and sprayers
- Inspect crops for pests and assist with management measures
- Carry out basic plant and equipment maintenance
- Maintain operational and safety records as required
- Follow Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental procedures at all times
- Contribute to a productive and respectful team environment
