Position Overview
The Client Success & Development Associate will work directly with the Principal Strategist to support client projects, coordinate grant development activities, manage project workflows, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
This role combines relationship management, project coordination, grant development support, and client communications.
The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, dependable, and comfortable interacting directly with clients while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Primary ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Relationship Management (30%)
Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up summaries
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status and next steps
Request and track required client documents and information
Assist with onboarding new clients
Ensure clients receive timely and responsive support
