Experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator (Shop)
Location: Nashville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay:based on experience, no cap for the right person

Volunteer Sheet Metal is a fast-growing, non-union HVAC shop looking for experienced sheet metal fabricators who can actually produce quality ductwork - not just stand around machines.
If you can read prints, lay out fittings, and move with urgency, we want to talk. If not, this isn't the place for you.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate rectangular, round duct, and oval fittings, and custom pieces without constant supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately
- Run shop equipment (shear, brake, plasma, roll former, etc.) efficiently
