The Role
We are looking for a skilled, autonomous Service Technician who can take a service van and handle complex residential and light commercial calls from day one. You will be responsible for diagnosing systems, executing clean repairs, and delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a daily service route using our smartphone-based field app.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues (valves, wiring faults, controllers, and smart tech).
- Perform top‑tier spring startups, comprehensive system audits, and high‑volume autumn/winterizations/blowouts efficiently.
- Perform modifications, additions, and upgrades to existing residential systems.
- Communicate clearly with residential clients regarding system diagnoses, repair options, and water‑efficiency recommendations.
