Job Description
The Experienced Landscape Technician will be responsible for the full-cycle care and maintenance of softscape and hardscape elements across our properties/projects.
- Horticultural Care: Perform routine maintenance tasks including advanced pruning, planting, weeding, and mulching of trees, shrubs, perennials, and ground covers.
- Turf Management: Execute professional mowing, edging, fertilization, and aeration programs for all turf areas.
- Pest and Disease Management: Accurately identify common tropical plant pests and diseases, and apply appropriate Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, including the safe and calibrated application of pesticides and fertilizers.
- Irrigation Systems: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sprinkler and drip irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage and plant health.
