Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of up to 50 litigation files
- Provide regular status reports and legal opinions
- Conduct mediations, JDRs, and legal trials
- Ensure adherence to department processes and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to minimize loss costs
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Member in positive standing with Alberta Law Society
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience required
