Responsibilities
- Support people to be as independent as possible.
- Provide professional support and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision‑making.
- Conduct strengths‑based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs.
- Encourage independence and minimise long‑term care needs.
- Manage your time and schedule autonomously to deliver bespoke care to a diverse caseload.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum of two years post‑qualification experience.
- Valid full UK driver’s licence, as visits to clients’ homes or other settings (e.g., hospitals) are required.
