Ideally with drafting experience in guardianships, conservatorships, probates, and estate planning. J. Martin Esq., LLC is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The ideal candidate will support a sole practitioner attorney in all aspects of probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning matters, contested guardianships and conservatorship proceedings, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
