Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimation, permitting, and project scheduling
• Manage bids and contracts with subcontractors
• Conduct project execution and financial tracking
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Provide monthly reports on project status
Requirements:
• 5+ years of concrete tilt-up experience essential
• Experience in broader commercial construction projects advantageous
• 5 years in project management roles
