The Plant El Marqués Materials team is responsible for ensuring stable and efficient end-to-end material flow to support production and customer delivery. The team works closely with Production Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and external suppliers to align demand, supply, and inventory targets. With a strong focus on operational excellence, the team drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory, transportation costs, and supplier performance.
