Position Overview
We are seeking an Exports Administrator to manage the processing of all export sales orders from start to finish and provide a support function for the sales team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and process all export customer transactions accurately and timely from entry to finalisation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee all related export documentation, invoices and inspections.
- Manage all export customer feedback requirements regarding order status, back‑order reporting and general inquiries in adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Provide a supporting role to the sales team.
- Develop positive relationships with export customers and provide professional customer service and support to these customers.
