Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Monitor updates in global regulations and help to communicate and implement relevant changes applicable to Mettler-Toledo.
- Execute product classification by analyzing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and functionalities to determine accurate Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) or similar controls.
- Maintain proper documentation of classifications and update relevant master data in preparation for audits and inquiries.
- Cooperate with strategic business units as Product owners and Procurement.
- Review supplier export control declarations and maintain classification and update master data for audit and enquiries.
- Act as the subject matter expert advising business units, R&D, and engineering on export restrictions.
- Conduct in-depth business partner screening, analyze ownership structures and potential 'red flags'.
