Meridian Wine Distribution is looking to hire an Export Controller for a well-known liquor company based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring cost effectiveness across the export supply chain. Focusing on efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend to all customer queries relating to orders
- Build relationships with all service providers and export customers, whether this be existing or potential customers.
- Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with building business models in a collaborative process with our partners.
- Ensure all orders received via email and telephone are captured accurately and timeously on the BC system in accordance with order placement cut off times.
