Hybrid role: This position requires working 3 days on site and 2 days from home on a full‑time basis.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the logistic processes of stock and emergencies export shipments across all transportation modes:
- Contact different forwarders to request their services and provide necessary information.
- Get the booking or AWB.
- Coordinate the pickup.
- Develop packing list, commercial invoices, hazmat declaration and customs processes.
- Review and optimize transportation rates.
- Provide export documents to the custom broker, customers and carriers.
- Develop the export shipment instruction letter including all shipment information.
- Provide shipping details to the customers.
- Receive claims and provide resolution to the customers.
- Track VIP and stock reports.
