- Coordinate export operations and shipping schedules with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers
- Prepare and manage export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, and related shipping documents
- Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with export regulations
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to related parties
- Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Support communication with overseas customers and business partners
- Manage and update export-related data and reports

Job Requirement
- At least 2 year of experience in Customer service, Export officer, Logistics from trading or manufacturing company
