Overview

Job Title: Export Coordinator (ID4766)

Location: Geylang

Working Hours: Monday To Saturday 8.30am to 6.00pm

Salary: $2800-$3500

Responsibilities
  • Handle export documentation and shipment coordination
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, overseas customers, and internal teams
  • Handling export shipments for Asia / Southeast Asia / Overseas markets
  • Follow up on export schedules and delivery status
  • Provide PA and administrative support to management
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications
  • Experience in export, logistics, or admin role preferred
  • Able to multitask and work independently
