OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Support Executive to manage export documentation, coordination, and regulatory support activities for international pharmaceutical business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export processes, compliance documentation, and coordination with regulatory and logistics teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end export documentation for pharmaceutical shipments.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, COO, BL/AWB, and other export-related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA agents, transporters, and internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
