To supervise and manage Ocean Export operations, ensuring efficient shipment execution, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day Ocean Export operations and ensure timely shipment execution.Handle operational escalations and resolve customer, overseas office, and internal team queries.Manage RFQs, pricing activities, and support shipment planning for key and global accounts.Coordinate with carriers, NVOCCs, transporters, CHAs, CFS operators, and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.Guide and support the team on export documentation, compliance filings, and operational procedures....
