We currently have a vacancy for the position of Export Sales Assistant based at our Head Office in the West Rand. O Overall purpose of the job: To support the Export Sales team in managing international customers, processing export orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of overseas sales operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):1. Sales & Customer Support
Assist the Export Sales Manager in handling international client accounts.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and customers.
Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
2. Order Processing & Documentation
Process export orders accurately in the system.
