1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Asia region.
Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and partners.
- Expand market coverage and increase regional revenue.
- Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Key Account Management
- Conduct business reviews and regular client visits.
- Maintain long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction. 2. Export Operations
- Oversee quotations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS and export regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure accuracy of export documentation.
