Job Description
- Oversee compliance with order fulfillment, shipping requirements, documentation, and global sales transactions to ensure strict adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and export requirements.
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of all shipping and export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export permits.
- Manage external support services—including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities—as well as internal teams to ensure the timely and compliant shipment of goods.
- Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and monitoring of export processes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, customs officials, and external auditors for all compliance-related matters.
