This isn’t a traditional sales leadership role.
Following a retirement, we’re now looking for a Director of Growth to architect and lead a modern, end-to-end growth engine—one that integrates strategy, brands, marketing, business development, and retention into a single, disciplined system.
The Growth Director is a critical member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Managing Director. The role is accountable for delivering transformational growth for both the business and its people, while consistently fulfilling our value proposition to clients. Success requires building a strong pipeline of high-quality, sustainable organic and inorganic growth at scale, alongside fostering a high-performance team culture to drive long-term success.
