Program Overview
Our two‑year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to a consulting career. Alongside peers, managers and mentors, you will receive guidance to navigate challenges and grow professionally.
- Eligibility across diverse fields: Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering; Environmental Science; Project Management; Architecture or Design & Modelling.
- Broad exposure to multiple career pathways within GHD, encouraging a holistic understanding of the consulting industry.
- Hands‑on experience with design teams, bid and tender preparation, and occasional site work.
- Opportunities to work on both local and international projects from the Philippines.
- In the first year, focus on consulting fundamentals to establish professional rhythm.
- In the second year, flexibility to deepen technical skills or broaden learning under mentorship.
