Superior Roofing Ltd. is looking for an experienced Exterior Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee residential, multifamily, commercial, and restoration exterior projects throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage projects, supervise crews, perform inspections, and complete light exterior service work when required.
Responsibilities
- Manage exterior projects from start to completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Conduct pre-job site reviews and project planning
- Perform quality control inspections throughout construction
- Complete deficiency reviews and project closeouts
- Perform light exterior service and repair work as required, including siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, flashing, and minor roofing repairs
