The Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring timely delivery, technical accuracy, and client satisfaction. This role combines audit leadership, team management, and client advisory, with a focus on identifying risks, improving processes, and delivering actionable insights.
- Lead and manage multiple external audit engagements from planning through completion and sign-off
- Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, billing, and overall client economics
- Review and finalize audit reports, financial statements, and key deliverables
- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit teams and in-charge staff to drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
- Identify audit risks, internal control gaps, and process improvement opportunities, providing value-added recommendations
