Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work with U.S. and global development teams to architect and develop solutions that meet Middle East clients’ business and technical expectations.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and Application Engineering and Core Development teams located in the U.S. and worldwide.
- Identify, track, and communicate gaps in the product portfolio and delivery requirements to product development teams to satisfy local market needs.
- Coordinate with global product, implementation, and engineering teams throughout the product life cycle to articulate customer requirements and create delivery materials and training.
- Provide deep technical product knowledge support to internal and external stakeholders and support marketing in the development of customer case studies and technical white papers.
