To support SiC JFET production at PSI and THEPI To support ATP and ATEC and othe OSATs To support potential new OSAT supplier. Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in Philippines Maverick Lot disposition On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend Responsible for major subcons KPI including MPE cycle time Lot Reject Rate At least 7 years of experience about Semiconductor Test development projects or sustaining activities. At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing Familiar with Test Cell knowledge Familiar with Test Operation Flow Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
