Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Promote company product range, clearly communicating features and value to both new and existing clients.
- Sales Growth: Actively identify sales opportunities and convert leads while ensuring existing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Portfolio: Service a diverse mix of clients from workshops, spares shops, and diesel pump rooms to co-ops, fleet owners, and dealerships.
- Performance Tracking: Achieve set sales targets, maintain comprehensive call logs, and deliver daily and monthly sales reports.
- Proactive Selling: Execute structured call plans (6-8 visits/day), introduce products to new clients daily, and handle credit applications.
