EY-Parthenon offers corporate, government and private equity clients professional transaction advice and services, from the strategic analysis phase of the transaction lifecycle, through to deal execution, and transaction integration or separation. The goal is to create value for EY-Parthenon clients, people and society more broadly at the intersection of strategy, transaction services and transformation.
Transaction Strategy and Execution – Deal Technology is a dedicated team within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Transactions practice that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments.
We cover a wide range of technology aspects in a transaction, including IT, cyber, software and data due diligence, separation or integration analysis, value creation, synergy assessments, , and supporting the integration or separation process from a technology workstream perspective.
