The Role
Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a non‑verbal pupil with autism within EYFS. You will help the pupil access learning, follow routines, develop communication, and feel secure in the classroom. You will also adapt activities, support engagement through play‑based learning, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to give clear feedback on progress.
