**Job Description**
The Subcontract Task Manager serves as the primary supplychain liaison for F16 ATS products, coordinating with program managers, procurement, operations, quality, finance, and engineering to ensure timely, onspec delivery of subcontracted work. Key duties include:
+ Evaluates, negotiates, and manages assigned subcontracts to perform to each project`s specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract.
+ Act as the primary point of contact between supply chain and the program office, fostering clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
+ Authors, manages and influences critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times.
+ Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution.
