Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager Location: Nylstroom, Limpopo Position Type: Live-in Reporting To: Resident Manager (RM) and Assistant Resident Manager (Asst RM) Position Purpose To effectively manage the day-to-day food and beverage operations of a Lodge in the Nylstroom area, ensuring they are consistent with company standards while achieving optimum financial results and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Manage all F&B outlets (including restaurant and boma dining) within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
