Requirements
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in Food & Beverage management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset
- Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
- Strong financial acumen and reporting ability
- Valid Driver’s License essential
- Matric (further qualification advantageous)
System Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
- Working knowledge of PMS systems (Opera & Symphony advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Assist senior management in the day-to-day operational running
